Please read these terms carefully before using the 399bt platform. All rules regarding account registration, betting, payments and bonuses are explained here in detail.
General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 399bt platform and all its services. By accessing the 399bt website or using any of its services, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms.

Account Registration
To place bets or play casino games on the 399bt platform, you must open a personal account. All information provided at the time of registration must be true, complete and up to date.

3.1 Grounds for Ineligibility

Account Security

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions
- KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal
- Deposits and withdrawals must be made through the same method
- Withdrawals may be restricted until active bonus wagering requirements are met

5.3 Refund Policy

Bonuses and Promotions
399bt offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms and conditions which must be read carefully before accepting.
6.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To withdraw this bonus, a 15x wagering requirement must be met.
6.2 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus may only be used once unless stated otherwise in the offer
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first
- There is a set time limit to meet the wagering requirements
- Any attempt to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account cancellation
- Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited
6.3 VIP Program
399bt operates four VIP tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:
- Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback
Advancement through VIP tiers depends on the user's activity and loyalty on the platform. 399bt will notify eligible users of their promotion at the appropriate time.
Betting Rules
The following rules always apply when placing bets on the 399bt platform.
7.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation
- A bet once confirmed generally cannot be cancelled
- If an event is cancelled, the funds placed on the related bet will be returned
- 399bt reserves the right to cancel a bet in cases of technical error or incorrect odds being displayed
7.2 Special Conditions for Sports Betting
- Bets can be placed both before the match starts and during play (Live Betting)
- Bets placed after the betting deadline will be considered void
- For tournaments such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup or ICC events, the official result is final
7.3 Casino Games
Casino game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). All games are conducted fairly and impartially and 399bt does not interfere in their operation.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 399bt platform. Violating these rules will result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds.
- Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account
- Placing deliberate bets for the purpose of bonus abuse
- Match fixing or placing bets based on any illegal information
- Using hacking, bots, or automated software
- Using the platform for money laundering or any kind of financial fraud
- Harassing or threatening other users
- Attempting to breach the website's security
- Providing false identity or documents

9.2 Minor Protection

Account Closure
Users may close their own account. In addition, 399bt reserves the right to close or suspend an account in the following cases:

- After a prolonged period of inactivity (generally more than 12 months)
- For legal reasons or upon instruction from a regulatory authority
10.1 Refund After Account Closure
If an account is closed under normal circumstances, the balance may be withdrawn subject to completed KYC verification. If an account is closed due to a rule violation, any bonus funds will be forfeited, however the return of legitimate deposits will be considered separately.

If a user continues to use the platform after any changes, they will be deemed to have accepted the new terms and conditions. If a user does not agree to the new terms and conditions, they may request to close their account.
